By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

These terms may be updated periodically. The version on my website is always the most recent one.

2. Payment​

​​

• All prices are listed in USD and processed via PayPal.

• For Brazilian clients, Pix payment is also available upon request.

• Payment is made upfront, after confirmation of the slot and before work begins.

  • However, I can accept 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after sketch approval, if needed.

• Prices may vary slightly depending on complexity or specific requests.

3. Process & Updates

​​

• Once payment is received, your commission will be added to my public progress list, where you can follow its status through progress bars and stage updates.

• You will receive updates at key stages, such as sketch, lineart, and coloring.

• Minor revisions are allowed at each stage; major changes may require an additional fee.​​

4. Turnaround Time

​

• The estimated completion time for a commission is 1–2 months, depending on the artwork’s complexity and my current queue.

• I work carefully to ensure quality and do not rush commissions.

• If unexpected delays occur, I will always inform the client.

5. Revisions

​​

• Revisions are available at the sketch and lineart stages.

• Once the final coloring begins, only minor color adjustments can be requested.

• Redraws or major alterations after approval will incur an extra fee.

6. Usage & Rights

​​

• These commissions are for personal use only, unless otherwise discussed.

• The client may not reproduce, sell, or use the artwork commercially.

• I retain all copyright and publishing rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio or social media (unless the client requests privacy).

7. Refund Policy

​​

• Refunds are not available once the artwork has entered the sketch phase.

• If I am unable to complete your commission for personal reasons, a full refund will be issued.

8. Communication

​

• Please use email or the same platform used for the commission discussion to contact me.

• I aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

• Polite and respectful communication is required at all times.

9. Agreement​

By sending payment, the client confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
